What Are The Side Effects Of Encorate?

I am taking Encorate chrono 500mg for minimum 4 years then i stopped . But when my problem arose again then started Encorate chrono 500mg after 7 months. More than 1 month i had taken 2 tablets with Qpine 25mg for 10 months and got better than before day by day. so from this June month i don t want to take double Encorate ,please suggest me?

*Headache
*Dizziness
*Blurred vision
*Nausea
*Sleepiness
*Hair loss
*Weight gain
