What Are The Side Effects Of Endomethicin?

I take 50mg endomethicin for gout pain in my Left great toe. One capsule is enough to relieve it. It only occurs once every 2 or 3 weeks. My problem is I get quite light headed and dizzy shortly after taking it. Should I continue to take it. The light headedness settles down in a couple of hours. Also what drugs can you not take while taking endomythicin?
