What Are The Side Effects Of Excedrin?

Hello, I had migraine headache on the weekend and took excedrin, it took care of the headache, then I noticed that I was a bit stuffy and that there was a lump at the back of my neck on the left hand side only. it appears to be my lymph gland that is enflamed, it is swollen and painful. I am presently using an afrin pump for the sinus. I no longer have the headache, but the neck is feeling stiff now with pain.
