What Are The Side Effects Of Femix, Ebexid And Zometa?

We have been trying for a baby since over 2 years and doctor have prescribed the below medicines ; FEMIX , Ebexid, Zomet-SR (500 mg) Are these good medicines as in 2-3 days only I ve felt too much heat inside my body. I hope there are no side effects from any of these? Please advise. I m 32
