What Are The Side Effects Of Flonase?

I just started taking the Flonase generic yesterday, so I've used it twice. I've had a sore throat ever since and it's worse for about the 10 hours after I take it. I'm taking it for a really bad head cold/ear infection to help clear up the fluid in my ear. Should I continue taking it despite the sore throat?
