What Are The Side Effects Of Focalin Tablet?

Hi. My nephew is prescribed focalin xr 15 mg. my question is how can you measure amount in capsule? I worry they are being tampered with. Should the med meet the lettering or are there a correct amount of beads? I know sounds crazy but I would never want another child to be hurt.
