What Are The Side Effects Of HB-Red & Amizyme In Kids?

Hello Dr ........... my daughter is 2 yrs and 2 months of age. She don't have enough solid food & too much bad in eating. When we showed dr he said she is lack of hemoglobin so suggested to give HB-Red & Amizyme. Is it ok to give those syrups and how long should I continue to give her.
