What Are The Side Effects Of Human Growth Hormone Injection?

Hi, thank you for your time. I am 28 years old, 77 kilograms, 173 centimers; I work out and I had taken human growth hormone a single instance about 10 months ago; and something happened to me and I am confused as to what it may have been. After I had taken it; a couple of minutes later I had passed out and became unconscious for about 2-5 minutes and I gained consciousness by myself. I did some research online but I couldn't come to a conclusion on the possibilities on what may have happened. Is this possibly a sign of diabetes or what may it possibly have been? One note: I took a date and I became better after I regained consciousness but my body was cold for at least 20-30 minutes and I was very low on energy. Thank you again for your time and help.
