What Are The Side Effects Of Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate And Methotrexate?

I was diagnosed having Sjogren's 6 yrs back.I am taking Folitrax[Methotrxate 7.5 mg once a week &Hydrochloroquine sulfate 200mg everyday.Now I have knee pain.Doctor has advised Cartige forte twice daily.Please let me know the effect of these medicines & is it good to take these drugs for a long time.
