What Are The Side Effects Of Implanon IUD?

Hello, I just have a little question. I have an Implanon implant and it should have been taken out last October. The reason i haven't got it removed yet it's . . . well i forgot all about it untill yesterday when i found the card i got when i got it done. I'm 19. I am wondering if there could be any consequences or if it could affect my health or future pregnancies?
