What Are The Side Effects Of Instaflex?

After taking dose of instaflex with dinner, I woke up at 2am with horrible muscle spasm in one of my legs from my toes to my groin _PAINFUL and lasted about 20 minutes. I have taken other similar products with a little different herbal contents without difficulty. Can you tell me side effects of this med?
