What Are The Side Effects Of Isotretinoin Capsules?

HI I am under medication for acme problem, I am taking Isotretinoin capsules and applying deriva cms at night, by morning I am applying Nilac gel. But I see for past few days my face is getting more darker. It looks like very different as if I applied Charcoal on my face.Need advice whether I am in a right track.
Please help me.
