The ingredients in this are: Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, Creatine monohydrate, Beta alanine, Caffeine, 1,3-Dimethylamine (Geranium Stem), Schizandrol A. Other ingredients are: Citric acid, Natural flavors, Sucralose, Acesulfame potassium, Silicon dioxide, Vegetable Stearate, Grape skin extract.
