What Are The Side Effects Of Kalms For Long Term Usage?

Hi I am peri menopausal and have been taking Kalms for my hot flushes and sleepless nights. I started with the stated dose and took them regularly for 4 weeks. I have since been on 2 daily for about 3 months and feeling restless at night again. Should I go back to 2 three times a day again and is it ok to take them for long periods presuming this stage in my life should last from 9 to 16 months? I do not want to take prescription drugs if they can be avoided. Many thanks Tina
