What Are The Side Effects Of Lamotroligine And Pristiq Withdrawal?

I am weaning off of lamotroligine from 400mg per day and pristiq from 50 Mg per day. I cut the pristiq to 25 mg a day and the lamotroligine from 400 per day to 300 per day. Felling terrible and I don t have a Dr right now. I am bipolar to and been in therapy for 5 years. Can i take something non narcotic and non addictive product. I was having side effects from these meds and my Dr denied it was from these meds so I researched them and my side affects are caused by these meds. Please help me.
