What Are The Side Effects Of Levipil And Hydrocortisone?

my child has a leucodostrophy..we discover it when she was 1 year after having high fever and seizure for for some times,. since then she has been apply levipil & hydrocotizon medicine.she is now 2.8 years. my question is... what is the side effect of those medicines. and when should we stop giving her these medicine. bse now

Hello,

Side effects of steroids are obesity, hypertension, peptic ulcer disease aggravated and osteoporosis or Cushing's syndrome etc. Levipil may cause drowsiness, nausea, vomiting etc.

So, observe the side effects regularly. Avoid excessive noise around your baby. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
