What Are The Side Effects Of Levothyroxine In Pregnancy?

Im currently 17 weeks pregnant and my midwive called yesterday to say that my TSH Level is 35 (previously 33 4 weeks ago) despite taking 125 mcg of Levothyroxine. I have had very bad nausea and vomiting since week 8 of pregnancy and I feel terrible, I am so worried about my baby and the effects this will have on him/her. Any advice what they can do?
