What Are The Side Effects Of Lexapro?

I am trying to look into Lexapro instead of taking Paroxetine. I have recently been diagnosed with lymphocytic colitis and I believe the Paroxetine I have been on is part of the problem. I am looking into side effects of Lexapro. My main issue is general anxiety and mild depression.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Lexapro contains escitalopram. It is used for treatment of depression. Escitalopram selectively inhibits CNS neuronal re-uptake of serotonin (5-HT) and potentiates serotonergic activity. High serotonergic activity is needed for anti-depressant effect.
Its common side effects are headache, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, diarrhea, constipation, somnolence, insomnia, dizziness, tremor, anxiety, abnormal dreams, restlessness, sinusitis, yawning, joint pain, myalgia, pyrexia, fatigue, and ejaculation disorder.
Sometimes it causes suicidal ideation and behavior.
Advice
1.     Lexapro 5 mg in the morning orally for 3 months
2.     Clonazepam 0.25 mg per oral at bed time for 3 months
3.     Start workout in gym at least half an hour in a day for 5 days in a week
4.     Do meditation
5.     Consult a psychiatrist for follow up and counseling
Thanks
