What Are The Side Effects Of Lisinopril And Carvedilol?

I am feeling dizzy, bp 148/82, fatigue. Went to the ER two night ago for feeling dizzy, ran bloods tests, chest xray and they found nothing. I have dilated cardiomyopathy and I take lisinopril and carvedilol. I am pretty freaked out what is going on?
