What Are The Side Effects Of Lisinopril?

I have been prescribed Lisinopril for the last 3 years. I have had constant abnormal vaginal bleeding most of the time I've been taking it. I have tried multiple birth control options to stop the bleeding and they never work. I recently decided to stop taking the Lisinopril due to the side effects and with not being able to see my doctor for another 30 days I can not get a different prescription. I stopped almost all of the bleeding for the week that I was off Lisinopril. I had a headache yesterday for most of the day and when I checked my BP it was elevated so I decided to finish taking the prescription for Lisinopril until I can get into the doctor. Less than 5 hours after taking it again, the vaginal bleeding started AGAIN. Is it possible that the Lisinopril could be causing this?
