What Are The Side Effects Of MDMA?

hey guys, basically i took about quarter of a gram of mdma in 2 bombs last Thursday whilst drinking quite a bit of alcohol i woke up a bit hungover however that was it , then i was out on Monday night however this time just drinking more alcohol waking up slightly hungover, then again on Tuesday night was out again drinking alcohol and did another quarter gram of mdma in 2 bombs again. I felt quite rough the next day, then on Friday i was very depressed for a few hours, this was gone by the night, on Saturday i was dizzy with a slight tingling on and off on the left side of my head, now today i feel a little dizzy with this tingling almost constant on the left side of my head, it doesn't hurt at all, more annoying if anything, i need so advice off someone soon, i might go to the GP tomorrow and tell him what i did, is this worth me doing so?, im so worried that ive badly damaged my brain permanently. Can anyone give me some advice. thank you. I have done extacy before but only a few times, this was the first time ive done mdma
