What Are The Side Effects Of Maganeron OD Plus?

I am 53. I have been given Meganeron OD Plus and Etoshine 90 for suffering from sciatica and doctor has advised to continue the medicine. When asked about the period he just told continue. Of course I am relieved a lot from the pain and I am still continue the medicines. I take stamlo 5mg almost regularly to control blood pressure. Now if continue the medicines for long say 6 months (It is already one and half month passed), is there any possibility of side effect. My blood sugar is normal. Height 163CM, body weight 75KG.
