General & Family Physician 's  Response
Melamet cream contains tretinoin, hydroquinone and cortisone. Common side effects of Melamet are redness, pruritus, dry skin, burning sensation, desquamation, acne, pigmentation change, irritation, papules, rash, and rosacea. Therefore, treatment duration should not exceed 8 weeks.
Castor NF cream contains ciprofloxacin, clotrimazole, fluocinolone, and neomycin. This is used for bacterial and fungal infection.
Advice
1.     Stop using Melamet and Castor NF creams
2.     Do not rub or scratch your skin
3.     Apply Elovera cream thrice daily for one month
4.     Apply sunscreen such as Spectraban sensitive sunscreen before exposure to sunlight as Melamet makes your skin sensitive to sunlight.
5.     Wash your face with oil-based face wash
Thanks
