What Are The Side Effects Of Mersyndol?

My girlfriend has taken two mersyndol (paracetamol+ codeine +doxylamine) two nights before. She has started some red dots on her front neck and some red dots all over her face. The red dots are not itchy or sore. Is this medication allergy? What can she do? She has taken a fexofenadine 180mg tablet..but after a night rest, the condition does not improve much. Thz heaps for answerin my question
