What Are The Side Effects Of Methotrexate And Prednisolone?

I have just been perscribed methotrexate and a 5 week course of prednisolone for psoriasis by my dermatologists. am really worried about the side effects of both. asked her about taking fumaderm instead of these but she said that this would be a last resort medication. in your opinion would this be worse to take.
