What Are The Side Effects Of Metoclopramide?

i am 10 weeks pregnant and i have started using metoclopramide 10mg since 10 November 2010 and just finished them this morning. my problem is since i started using them, i my nipples are itchy and have observed some milk from them. i also have pains in my lower abdomen since last night. could there be a problem.
