What Are The Side Effects Of Metoprolol?
I am taking Metropropolol and I just read the list of reactions. I have so many of them. The worst is being tired. So weak and just don t want to even get up to go to the washroom. Even making something to eat just seems like to much work. What can I do about it ?

Metoprolol has unlikely but serious side effects at times: very slow heartbeat, severe dizziness, fainting, blue fingers/toes, trouble breathing, new or worsening symptoms of heart failure (such as shortness of breath, swelling ankles/feet, unusual tiredness, unusual/sudden weight gain).
Tell your doctor right away about your unusual tiredness.
