What Are The Side Effects Of Metoprolol?

I was just prescribed metaprolol 50 mg twice a day for my heart rate. Also I have high bp 175/90 (40mg Benicar) and high cholesterol 298 (Crestor 20mg). I am wondering about side effects. I do drink and am wondering how this will all be affected. I appreciate any input.
