What Are The Side Effects Of Microgest 200mg During Pregnancy?

Hi, My wife is 6 weeks pregnant (as per sonogaphy report), 3 days ago, there were few spots of bleeding started and we consulted a gynecologist. The doctor prescribed to take Microgest 200mg three times a day & zifolet once in a day, but still few drop of blood come out with urine.... is these the right medicine for her?
