What Are The Side Effects Of Microgynon?

I have been on Microgynon 30 only for 3 or 4 months. Everything was fine, but recently I've been having this blood in my pants. Its not heavy or red, its brown, nor does it hurt me, but I'm getting concerned that this has been happening for the past few days. What does this mean?
