What Are The Side Effects Of Mifepristone?

I took the first set of the abortion pill (mifepristone) and then decided I wanted to keep the baby and never took the remaining 4 pills (misoprostol). I am still pregnant...I have already gotten an ultrasound to make sure....But I want to know if my baby will be healthy because I took the first pill?
