What Are The Side Effects Of Mirena IUD?

Please type your query here...I had my mirena coil fitted on 1st march, i've now had 3 wks on and off of spotting and bleeding...very light but enough to be a pain!! I also have very mild period like pain and take a ibuprofen every day and also bloating.Is this normal and when can i expect for things to settle down into a regular pattern?
