What Are The Side Effects Of Misoprostol?

Hi I took 4 misoprostol pills yesterday and cramping began 1 hour later, about 4 hours after that I had extremely bad cramps to where I felt I was going to pass out, I bled a little and blood clots came out. I felt fine after that, and about 5 hours after that I bled a little more and what looked like a clear tail came out. I bled once more this morning when I went to pee, but im not having extreme bleeding as said. Do u think it didnt work right or I need to take the pills again? Please help
