im a 48 year old male, in january i woke up and couldnt feel my left arm, i stood up to go to the living room and passed out. today i took motrin for back pain and sat down for awhile. when i got up i passed out again, but this time i urinated in my pants when i passed out and i cant remember anything that happened today at all. do you know what could be wrong?
