What Are The Side Effects Of Nebicard 2.5 And Atorfit C.v10mg?

hi, iam 35year old, and i have recently have a 10% blood clot in the heart, and doctor prescribed me nebicard 2.5 and atorfit c.v10mg, and i observed recently (i dont know) whether it is fear or palipitation. Can you suggest me what are the side effects of above drugs, and iam non hypertensive and non diabetic.
