What Are The Side Effects Of Nebicard And Stamlo?

my husband's age is 42. He has high blood pressure and taking stamlo. 3 days before he feels uneasy and fatiguness.
Doctor advised 2d echo and stress test because of abnormal ECG. Both the tests are normal. Doctor suggested to take nebicard and stamlo. But after taking 2 tablets ,he is feeling like uneasiness. Kindly suggest us if it is the side effect of taking both the tablets.
