What Are The Side Effects Of Nova Ring?

Hi, I dont know if its related or not, but i'm on the nuva ring and i took it out at 4 weeks instead of three and immediately put in the new one since it was time. I got a normal period then it turned into a dark brown discharge but in the flow of a period. It's been week and a half and there is still the brown discharge. I've also become very dry and developed two dry patches on both sides as well as itching. I'm scared because i'm not sure what it is
