What Are The Side Effects Of Nuvigil?

How dangerous is nufigal.I just started it today.Scary reading the health risks.Only had blurry vision,coming off gababentin,wellbutrin ,trazadone,its a new,I also have 15 mg remeron,so just stick with the nufigal,Clonzapam (eventually)and( remeron) as needed.Is this medicine very new? Is it used for depression and ADD?
