What Are The Side Effects Of Olmezet AM Tablets?

I am taking Olmezet AM tablet past from 10 months, my problem is when I go to clinic or doctor my BP will raise and it will be around 160/100, when I check my BP in home with digital moniter it is always around 115/80 , Thats why doctor asked me to take the medicine Olmest AM. please advice me do I need to continue or stop taking the medicine and also it will be great if you give the side effects if I continue this medicine.
