What Are The Side Effects Of Oxybutynin?

I take oxybutynin cl er 10 mg tablet every day for my overactive bladder, and now i have been getting up at night to pee like 3 and 4 times a night. Where before i only got up once or sometimes twice. i want to know why? But also, i am reading all side affects, sounds really bad. I DO NOT suffer from any of those side affects. But why? is there another medication that will work that does not have so many side effects.

Well there is no medicine , which do not have any side effects , but side effects usually occur when not taken in appropriate dose and taken for long period of time . If your doctor has prescribed , he must have assessed all the pros and cons . As your are saying that you wake up in the night more frequently the before which is opposite effect , you should consult your doctor and discuss the condition with him . Doctor may alter the dose or prescribe substitute .
