General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear patient,

I can understand your concern. You did very well by drinking water and vomiting. This has helped your body a lot.
Paracetamol overdose can damage your liver, and except malaise and right abdominal pain in most of cases, sometimes it can be asymptomatic. You will need to do some liver exams to asses the true damage.
But judging from the amount of paracetamol ingested, and the fact that you have vomited some of it and drunk a lot of water, I believe that you will be fine.
Please, try to stay hydrated in the days to come, and don't use paracetamol for some time. Ibuprofen can work fine as an analgesic for you.

Wish you health, and I hope I helped you understand your condition and alleviate your worries.
Bests,
Manoku Eni, M.D.
