General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Penicillin (penidure) passes into breast milk in small amounts and apart from occasional disruption of the infant's gastrointestinal flora, resulting in diarrhea, there are hardly any bad effects of penidure injection.

So, don't worry, your wife can continue taking penidure as advised by her doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
