What Are The Side Effects Of Phenytoin Sodium And Clonazepam?

I am 32 years of age. I had been using Phenytoin sodium (Epsolin 100 mg) and clonazepam (Clonotril 0.5 mg) for the past 18 years. I am experiencing obsessiveness for the past 6 years now and I have been prescribed clomipramine which was recently changed to sertraline due to significant malaise. Does taking meds like Phenytoin sodium and clonazepam lead to obsessiveness?
