What Are The Side Effects Of Plaquenil 200mg Tablets?

I am on 400 mg of Pacqunil x 2 for suspected RA and regular arthritis. I am very anxious, have had hair loss, dreams, trouble sleeping, halucinate and extreme light sensitivity. My eyes have looked like slits for seeral months. I have been blaming it on having had my cataracts done. My nausea and anxiety have become unbearable. My Dr. says he doesn't know what is the matter???? What shoudl I do? Thank you.
