What Are The Side Effects Of Primolut-n?

I am 27 yr. old living in India. I took promolut-n in Aug. My next month periods came 5 days early. And the next month came 4 days early. Will there be a harmonal change? I get pimples now and then very often like one in 3 days ( I also started having burgers often). Please advice.
