What Are The Side Effects Of Pyricontin-f While Having BP?

I am 32 yrs n was having cystine in my right kidney...it has been removed by medication n now I am planning for pregnancy .
My dr prescribed me pyrocontin-f for one month to me, I have BP problem too
Is it safe to consume this drug?are there any side effects of it?????
What's the better time to take it????
