In context of the density score you mentioned, you definitely need
bisphosphonates for your
osteoporosis (reclasp is one of the bisphosphonates )and i personally think you should go for it. As you said about the side effects , the
osteonecrosis of the jaw bone , that is very rare with these drugs, and mostly occur in people who have diseased jaws,it is very uncommon in normal people, as i have never witnessed though have given to a lot of people. So I would advise you should go for it , though there is slightest risk of the same, but the benefits here clearly outweighing the risk. Other side effects that are more common are flue like symptoms, like body aches ,
nausea ,
malaise, , low calcium , they are temporary.
