RECLAST contains zolendronic acid and is used to increase bone mass in patients with osteoporosis. Its common side effects are pain in joint, fever, muscle pain, headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, eye inflammation, excessive sweating, low blood pressure and allergic reactions. Don’t worry it does not predispose to infection. Infection is predisposed by most of the biologics drugs. This is not a problem with RECLAST.
