What Are The Side Effects Of Remeron And Nuedexta?
Dear Doctor, I m a hospice RN, just wondering if Rameron, Rytary, or Nuedexta have side effects of sedation? a pt is taking all these 3, plus Melatonin 5-15 mg qhs, is now too sleepy, could not wake up since this morning. Pt is 94 y/o , dx is parkinson s. Thanks !

The drugs you have mentioned can cause sedation and excessive sleepiness. You can consult a neurologist and ask for alternatives.
