What Are The Side Effects Of Sizodon Syrup?

Hello Doctor, One of my colleague is giving the sizodon syrup 4ml to his relative who is 39 years old daily. He is being given the medicine past 8 years. Would like to understand should the medicine be continued. If it is continued what are the side effects. If the medicine is not given for 3 to 4 days he is finding the changes in the attitude of his relative. Please suggest
